Blepharoplasma – Eyelid lift without surgery

This new method of eyelid lifting does not require surgery at all.

It is a minimally invasive procedure where the whole eye, upper eyelid and lower eyelid are included in the treatment. With the Jett Plasma Lift, (a plasma device with the aggregate state plasma/light flash) the excess skin, upper but also lower eyelid is burned away. Drooping eyelids can also be treated with this gentle treatment without surgery.

The special feature of the Jett Plasma Lift is the direct current electrocautery, which means that the customer's skin does not have to be touched. Medical devices that work with alternating current, such as a laser, always have a certain influence on the surrounding areas of the treatment environment. With the direct current discharge this does not happen and the treatment can be carried out even more precisely and directed on the areas to be treated. The device generates a plasma charge at a distance from the patient's skin and causes vanishing or burning of the skin surface and excess skin. This method is so far unique and patented.

This method is ideal for people who have a certain hesitation against the use of a scalpel. This new eyelid lift procedure is conducted without a scalpel and therefore the risks and stress for the patient are significantly lower.

Treatment procedure for eyelid lift

Treatment with the Jett Plasma Lift for eyelid lifting is carried out in our practice at Swiss Medical Aesthetics in Zurich within 30 - 40 minutes.

3. Local anaesthesia
4. Treatment of the area with the Jett Plasma Lift

The treatment is quite painless. After disinfection of the area, a lidocaine cream is applied to the skin which has an anaesthetic effect. Alternatively, it is also possible to anaesthetise the affected area with a minimal injection.
